9. Are your coaching services confidential?

Yes — confidentiality is a core principle of our coaching engagements. Leaders need to be able to speak openly about challenges, goals, and development areas in a secure, trust-based environment. This also allows them to be vulnerable and candid about their struggles yielding the greatest ROI for the leader and their organization.
 
When organization sponsors wish to be more hands on in guiding leadership growth and the coachee consents, one or more of the coaching sessions may be dedicated to “an alignment meeting.” This include the client, their coach, and other stakeholder(s) such as their supervisor and an HR representative. These meetings can be used to clarify aspirational development goals, identify priority focus areas for an action plan, and report on progress.
